Bearded Wheat Distillery
Family-owned and operated in Hillsboro, Texas, Bearded Wheat Distillery makes small-batch spirits in a meticulously restored 1887 building in the heart of downtown. Their bourbons carry the character of a distillery rooted in heritage and craftsmanship, from an approachable flagship to a full-strength barrel proof and a well-aged eight-year expression.
